is a practising associate member of the
Academy of Experts
and as such has prepared expert’s reports on legal costs issues on a number of
cases in the lands tribunal, international arbitration, consideration of English
costs law in foreign proceedings and on costs issues generally in domestic proceedings.
He has given evidence at court as an expert witness.
