Early realization Solicitor’s Costs funding scheme

We are working with SHF Legal Funding to provide their Costs Advance Facility to our clients as a means of maximizing cash flow and avoiding unnecessarily low settlements.

The scheme is designed for solicitors instructed under Conditional Fee Agreements or who, for other reasons, are relying on successful conclusion of the case, a costs order in their clients favor and payment by their opponent.

The scheme will operate on the basis that, at the time the bill is drawn, we assesses the value at which we expects the bill to be assessed or agreed.

SHF Legal Funding will then advance a percentage of this value, An arrangement fee and an agreed rate of interest will be paid on a monthly basis for an initial period of 3 months.

A master agreement will be put in place to facilitate easy and rapid release of funds as the cases are assessed and the funds advanced on a case by case basis.
